Account Security Policy
As the population of SkyBlade gamers increase, problems regarding stolen or compromised accounts and/or account ownership also multiply. Investigation and resolution of these cases consume a lot of time which the Z-Zone Support Team could have used to assist many other players.

SkyBlade gamers are given the freedom and responsibility to manage their own accounts through the SkyBlade Online Website by logging in with their Username and Password. Once logged in, players will be able to use the different account management features, and this policy will clarify the conditions set when changing your account information.

            • Account Security will be the sole the responsibility of the account owner. This includes, but is not limited to: password protection, running virus checks, disabling file sharing, disabling third-party programs, and others.
            • Email Address used to register the Game Account must be valid and up to date. All correspondence between Z-Zone and the player will be conducted through this email. Z-Zone will not be responsible if an invalid email is used to register the account. It is also strictly advised to maintain one email address per account. In the event of a suspension, all account registered under the same email address will also be suspended.


Hacking and Restoration Policy

Account hacking
is accessing another character’s account in order to take items, delete the character, alter stats, or obtain personal information about the character or about the player himself. It is considered hacking to log in someone else's character on the official SkyBlade Online website.

           • Stolen and/or compromised accounts that are reported to the SkyBlade Game Moderators / Z-Zone Support Team may be suspended indefinitely so as to speed up the investigation. A one-time restoration of the hacked character’s Armors, Weapon, premium items (keys, pills, summon charms,etc) and up to 1 million gold may be offered. This offer is based on the last recorded data and is limited by the amount of time taken to report the compromised account. If the restoration-reporting period (20 days) has elapsed, then there will be no restoration granted. Additionally, this restoration offer is treated as a one-time offer only.
           • Any account found to be involved in hacking may have all of his/her accounts suspended, including accounts found to have knowingly received items from a stolen /hacked /compromised account, had a suspicious transaction with another hacked account or made a deal with a hacked account and bought an item for an unreasonably low price, real cash or SB load. Z-Zone Support Team will conduct a thorough review of the accounts and determine the appropriate course of action before deciding on accounts reported as compromised, in which case decisions are final. All accounts involved in the case may be suspended until the case is concluded.


How to report a Hack?


To report a hack, the account owner should file a complaint through his/her own Helpdesk Account. The report should contain all the details listed below to ensure a speedy investigation. Lack of information causes delay.

           1. Account user ID.
           2. All character names and levels.
           3. All weapons missing from the account. It is important to specify the type of weapon and the base plus upgrade (+) of the item.
           4. All armors missing from the account. It is important to specify the type of armor and the base plus upgrade (+) for each part of the armor.
           5. All miscellaneous items missing from the account. This includes, but is not limited to Devil King Masks, Magic Box, Pills of Providence, and Summon Charms. 
           6. Date of when the items were last seen intact in the account.
           7. Where the account was last accessed before it was hacked. (Home or name of i-Café and its location)
           8. Who else has access to the Account. (Character name)
           9. Ideas on how the account was compromised.


Important Reminders Regarding Restoration


           • The SkyBlade Support Team reserves the right to refuse restoration, depending on the circumstances of the case.
           • Approved restoration cases will not be immediate and may take a minimum of 7 days to complete.
           • The reimbursement of all losses is NOT guaranteed, and is entirely at the discretion of the SkyBlade Support Team.
           • Cases reported more than 20 days after the date of incident will not be entertained.
           • Deleted Character cases unless in the event of a hack, will not be entertained.
           • Repeated cases due to poor judgment will result in the rejection of further restoration requests.
           • Accounts are blocked during the investigation and restoration process to prevent further transactions.
           • Players are only permitted a One-time restoration of the hacked / scammed character’s Premium Items (Armors, 1 Weapon, Pills, Balls, summon charms, etc) and maximum of 1M Gold.


Restoration cases that may be entertained
           • Property loss that is a result of factors beyond a user's control, such as a documented game bug.
           • Cases wherein players are victimized by a verified hacking incident proven by a proper investigation.


Restoration cases that may not be entertained 
           • Loss due to any type of player error, such as the accidental selling or dropping of an item. 
           • Loss due to gross negligence on the part of the player, such as irresponsibly sharing any account details. 
           • Second occurrence onwards of hacking incidents Z-Zone as a company will do its best to entertain all requests for restoration. However, we strongly encourage you to be responsible for your account and exercise caution in your activities and trades. We would like to remind all players that some cases entertained by the Support Team may be eventually refused depending on the frequency of requests made in a particular category.
